CUSTOMER SERVICE

At Swisher Pens, you (our customers) really do come first! If you need assistance selecting a writing instruments or have a problem with one that you purchased from us, please let us know and we'll do everything possible to resolve the problem. We want you to be completely satisfied with all items purchased from us and to let us know if there are any problems with products we sell. If you purchase a writing instrument from us and find it to be defective, or even if you just don't like it, just send it back within 7 days for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping costs).

NOTE: Our 7-Day Return Policy does not include Limited Edition writing instruments if they have been filled or dipped in ink. If a Limited Edition writing instrument is found to be defective after filled with ink, we will provide you with the address of the Distributor or Manufacturer where you can obtain a replacement or repairs of this writing instrument.

LAY-AWAY PLAN

We now offer a "90 Day" Lay-Away plan for orders over $100.00 (multiple items okay). To place items on Lay-Away, we request 20% of the total be paid at the time you place the order. We require the remainder of the total in 3 equal payments after that. Once we receive the final payment, we will ship your order. You can make payments on your Lay-Away by credit card, check or money order. Since we must hold Lay-Away items "in stock" during the Lay-Away period, there will be a 10% Cancellation Fee if your Lay-Away is cancelled. If you have any questions about our Lay-Away plan, please contact Jennifer Lee at jennie@swisherpens.com.

When ordering through our On-Line store, just put a note in the "Comments and Special Instructions" section of the order form that you want the order to be a Lay-Away order.
